1. Workshop Cancellation by Participant

However, if a participant is unable to attend the registered workshop, the registration may be transferred under the following conditions:

  • The participant may transfer their seat to another individual who can attend the same workshop in their place, or

  • The participant may request to transfer their registration to a future workshop conducted by Thin Black Brush, subject to seat availability and prior notice to the organizer.

All transfer requests must be communicated to Thin Black Brush in advance through the official contact details provided on the website. Thin Black Brush reserves the right to approve or decline transfer requests depending on workshop availability and scheduling.

2. Workshop Cancellation by Thin Black Brush

In such cases, participants will be offered either a full refund, or the option to transfer their registration to a future workshop.

3. No-Show Policy

If a participant fails to attend a workshop without prior notice, the registration fee will be considered forfeited and no refund will be issued.

4. Product Returns (Damaged or Incorrect Items)

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact Thin Black Brush within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging.

Customers may request a return for eligible products, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Upon verification, we will arrange either a replacement product, or a refund to the original payment method.

5. Refund Processing
